Crysta Bloom (she/her) is a Trauma Informed Somatic Embodiment Practitioner, Sacred Space Holder, and Restorative Yoga Teacher Offering Holistic Support for Healing Relational Wounds and Orienting Towards Pleasure.

Hello Beloved,

I came into this work in the same way that most people enter into healing work, I wanted to heal my own wounds. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I noticed the memories of my own childhood resurrected. They laid dormant out of my consciousness, yet unknowingly weaved into every fiber of my being. But with the birth of my first child drawing closer, my awareness dropped into all the unhealed trauma I had been carrying around. So I began my journey into restoration.

Over the years I’ve gained certifications in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Attachment Therapy. I also hold certification in Restorative Yoga and use therapeutic movement to deepen the healing capacity in my embodiment work. I approach healing from a body centered lens with the integration of breath, movement, and sound. My experience of inhabiting a femme body of culture adds richness and depth to my perspective on healing, layered with my experience in doula birthwork and conscious love. While this training has been invaluable, the wisdom that I’ve inherited from navigating my own healing journey has been my greatest teacher.

I draw from my education and life experiences to offer a heart-centered, integrated approach to healing, love, and pleasure.

Within the nourishing tenderness of the containers I co-create with participants, we unwind the stories held within the soma. Making deep contact with all that we’re holding, the resonance and the dissonance, befriending the body from the seat of the compassionate witness. Noticing what stirs in our inner landscape. Arriving back into our bodies with more grace, truth, and fullness.
